This is an antique personal ledger book owned by R.P. Patterson. The first dates in this book are from January 1904 and continue into 1906. Each page is filled with handwritten entries, mostly all in pencil, for items such as "Washing," "Shaving ribbon," and "eggs from Paul Reynolds."

The spine of the book is intact, however the stitching holding in the pages is bit loose. The cover is worn, and the back cover has an area of the top paper ripped off. The pages are yellowed and some have a bit of staining or water damage.
