This is a "Five O'Clock" teaspoon from Towle, the Empire pattern. It is marked Sterling silver, and also has an interesting pattern on the back side of the bowl.
The spoon does have some imperfections. The bowl is slightly bent and has 2 noticeable dings. There are also some scratches and the spoon has not been polished.
