An incredible two-color quilt in a gorgeous blue pattern! This quilt is lovely and has the most adorable ric-rac trim along the edge. It's soft, and relatively lightweight, ready for use or display.
The quilting appears to be machine-stitched, and the pattern is quite intricate.
Found in Northwest Arkansas. Exact age is unknown.
CONDITION
This quilt is in overall good condition. On first glance, the quilt appears bright and clean. A closer examination does show some small stains and areas of yellowing.
It has been stain-treated and soaked, and the white and blue are nice and bright.
Please note it does have the following condition issues:
a smattering of small stains on the front (examples in photos)
yellowed areas along the front edges (examples in photos)
yellowed areas on the back side
satin piece added along one back edge for repair, which is now frayed at the edges
a few loose seams
3 tears in the blue fabric along one edge
a few small worn spots
shifting in the batting and thinned areas
